Dear Students,
during the summer semester of the academic year 2020/2021, due to the pandemic and the hybrid model of learning, the application forms for the Individual Organisation of Studies can be submitted electronically.
How to apply for the IOS?
- Write e-mails to the teachers asking for their consent to a different mode, conditions and credit date;
- Fill the first page of the IOS application, you can find it at https://us.edu.pl/student/studia/tok-studiow-2/ios-czyli-indywidualna-organizacja-studiow/;
- Send the signed and scanned application along with the teachers’ responses in the attachment via e-mail to the appropriate dean’s office.
