Students and doctoral students from outside the Doctoral School can apply for a place in a student residence hall in the Dean’s Office of their Faculty, by e-mail in the form of a scan or legible photo, optionally in person or by letter. Individuals with diagnosed disabilities or medical indications, as well as students of the College of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies and doctoral students from the Doctoral School, can apply at the Student Social Affairs Office of the Student Service Centre. Bankowa 12, room no. 124 on the ground floor (not applicable for students of the faculty in Cieszyn, where all applications shall be submitted at the Dean’s Office).

Applications submitted after 21 September 2020 will be reviewed at faculties on an ongoing basis. Applications submitted after 5 October will be reviewed at the Student Social Affairs Office at the Student Service Centre.
All interested parties can find the decision on awarding the place in a student residence hall (dorm) on their individual accounts in USOSweb system (https://usosweb.us.edu.pl/).
The individuals who already have the decision on awarded place in the student residence hall (dorm) USOSweb and will check in until 5 October 2020 are obliged to register before the check-in. This solution will allow us to avoid unnecessary crowds at the moment of checking in and moving in to the student residence halls (dorms).

There are check-in limits specified for particular dates and times in a specific campus or student residence hall. If you receive the information that it is not possible to check in after making the registration, please choose a different time or day. You can see the limits for the whole day in the system.
